Maple Ginger Glazed Salmon

  Ingredients 2   tablespoons   maple syrup 2   teaspoons   grated fresh ginger 1   teaspoon   grated fresh garlic 2   tablespoons   soy sauce 2   teaspoons   rice vinegar Extra virgin olive oil 4   (6-ounce) center-cut salmon filets, skin-on Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper Thinly sliced scallions, for serving (optional)

Chicken Noodle Soup

  I ngredients  ¼ cup olive oil (60 mL) 1 large onion, chopped 3 large carrots, sliced 4 stalks celery, chopped kosher salt, to taste black pepper, to taste 3 cloves garlic, chopped 8 cups chicken broth (2 L) 8 oz egg noodles (225 g) 4 cups shredded chicken breast (500 g) ½ cup fresh parsley (10 g) , chopped parmesan cheese, shredded, to taste
